  • Large Build Volume – The EOS P 396 features a spacious build size of 340 x 340 x 600 mm, enabling the production of large components or high-volume batches in a single print cycle. This makes it ideal for industrial applications requiring size, scalability, and efficiency.
  •  Material Versatility Range – The machine supports a broad range of high-performance materials, including PA 12, PA 11, and filled polymers. This allows manufacturers to choose the best material for each application, from lightweight parts to components with enhanced strength or heat resistance.

  • High Print Resolution – With adjustable layer thickness between 0.06 mm and 0.12 mm, the machine ensures smooth surface finishes and precise detailing. This high resolution is crucial for creating both visual prototypes and functional, end-use parts with tight tolerances.

  • Advanced Laser Power  – Equipped with a 70-watt COâ‚‚ laser, the EOS P 396 offers fast, consistent sintering of powdered materials. The laser ensures uniform energy distribution, resulting in strong, dimensionally accurate parts suitable for demanding engineering applications.

3D Printing for Manufacturing Parts

Rapid Prototyping for Product Design

Design teams can quickly turn ideas into real, testable parts using 3D printing. This speeds up product development and helps catch design issues early. With EOS P 396, printed prototypes are tough and detailed ready for fitting, testing, and real-world checks.

Low-Volume End-Use Parts

Our 3D printing is perfect for making real parts in small batches. Companies can print strong and usable machine covers, brackets, and holders without waiting for molds. It’s fast, cost-effective, and great for custom or limited production runs with less waste.

Customized Production Line Components

Factories often need special holders, guards, or brackets for machines. 3D printing makes it easy to design and build these parts quickly. This helps adapt production lines faster, reduce machine downtime, and keep everything running smoothly with minimal cost.

Spare Part Replacement (On-Demand Manufacturing)

Instead of storing thousands of spare parts, factories can just print what they need, when they need it. This reduces inventory cost and avoids long delays. It’s especially useful for old or rare parts that are no longer available from suppliers.

Tool Inserts and Casings

With 3D printing, manufacturers can produce durable tool inserts, protective casings, or machine part covers. These are lightweight yet strong enough for factory use. It’s easier to update designs, test new versions, and avoid the delays of traditional machining or outsourcing.

Frequently Asked Questions

Common materials include durable plastics like nylon (PA 2200), glass-filled polymers, and sometimes metal. These materials are strong enough for functional and load-bearing parts.

Yes. We use industrial-grade materials that offer excellent strength, heat resistance, and durability suitable for functional testing and even end-use applications.

Yes, particularly for prototyping, small batches, and tooling. It reduces the need for expensive molds and speeds up production, which lowers overall costs.

It saves time, lowers production costs, and allows quick design changes. It also reduces waste and helps produce complex or custom parts without expensive molds or machining.

There are several factors that determine the time it takes to 3D print a part. These include the size, height, complexity of the printing technology used. This can vary from as little as 30 minutes to several days.
We accept STL, STEP, IGES & XT formats. STL files are the primary 3d printing file format so that is always the best & default format.
For FDM & SLA there isn’t any minimum order fee applicable, With our 3D Printing service, you have the option to order as few as 1 item.
However, With SLS & DLP Methods due to the process cost a minimum order value of 1000rs is applicable.
Usually standard shipping lead-times of 1-2 working days is applicable for the Southern states and charges vary between 150 to 550rs depending of the shipping mode and box dimensions, For Northern states lead-time of 3-4 days and prices in the range of 550 to 1000rs
In all the 3D printing methods we have the option to split the component and fuse it later so that even 1-meter parts can be build.
However, as a single print we can build up to,
FDM 3D Printing – 345 x 520 x 650mm
SLA 3D Printing – 800 x 800 x 450mm
SLS 3D printing – 320 x 320 x 600mm
DLP 3D Printing – 124 x 70 x196mm
Our machines deliver high precision, with tolerance and fine detail resolutionideal for parts requiring dimensional accuracy and consistent performance.
