South India’s First EOS P 396 Industrial 3D Printing Machine

industrial-3d-printer-for-automotive
  • Large Build Volume – The EOS P 396 features a spacious build size of 340 x 340 x 600 mm, enabling the production of large components or high-volume batches in a single print cycle. This makes it ideal for industrial applications requiring size, scalability, and efficiency.
  • High Print Resolution – With adjustable layer thickness between 0.06 mm and 0.12 mm, the machine ensures smooth surface finishes and precise detailing. This high resolution is crucial for creating both visual prototypes and functional, end-use parts with tight tolerances.

  • Advanced Laser Power  – Equipped with a 70-watt CO₂ laser, the EOS P 396 offers fast, consistent sintering of powdered materials. The laser ensures uniform energy distribution, resulting in strong, dimensionally accurate parts suitable for demanding engineering applications.
  •  Material Versatility Range – The machine supports a broad range of high-performance materials, including PA 12, PA 11, and filled polymers. This allows manufacturers to choose the best material for each application, from lightweight parts to components with enhanced strength or heat resistance.

3D Printing for Medical Parts

Custom Prosthetics and Orthotics

Using 3D printing allows precise customization of prosthetic and orthotic devices using patient-specific data. It enhances fit, reduces discomfort, and accelerates production. This approach improves mobility, lowers clinical costs, and supports better long-term outcomes in rehabilitation and orthopedic care.

Prosthetics and Orthotics

Revolutionizing Dental Care

Digital 3D printing helps dental hospitals by producing custom crowns, implants, aligners, and surgical guides with high accuracy. It reduces treatment time, improves patient comfort, lowers costs, and enhances overall care through faster, precise, and personalized dental solutions.

Enhancing Medical Training

Modern medical training benefits greatly from 3D printed, patient-specific models. These realistic replicas allow students to explore complex anatomy, rehearse procedures, and gain confidence improving skill development through hands-on learning without the risks involved in live patient practice.

3D Printing of Human Organs and Tissue

Bioprinting is opening new possibilities in regenerative medicine by producing artificial organs and tissues. These advancements reduce transplant wait times, enable animal-free drug testing, and aid in creating synthetic skin for burn victims pushing boundaries in clinical care and pharmaceutical development.

Tailor-Made Surgical Tools

Surgical procedures often require instruments tailored to unique patient needs. 3D printing allows quick design and production of custom tools with precise dimensions, enhancing fit, control, and efficiency while reducing costs for low-volume, patient-specific medical applications.

Frequently Asked Questions

We can print a wide range of parts, including prototypes, custom components, brackets, housings, interior panels, ducts, and even tooling or jigs for manufacturing.

Yes. We use industrial-grade materials that offer excellent strength, heat resistance, and durability suitable for functional testing and even end-use applications.

We accept most standard 3D formats, including STL, STEP, and OBJ. Our team can also help with file preparation if needed.

Because it prints strong, detailed, and high-quality parts quickly. It’s perfect for making tough and complex parts used in vehicles.

There are several factors that determine the time it takes to 3D print a part. These include the size, height, complexity of the printing technology used. This can vary from as little as 30 minutes to several days.
We accept STL, STEP, IGES & XT formats. STL files are the primary 3d printing file format so that is always the best & default format.
For FDM & SLA there isn’t any minimum order fee applicable, With our 3D Printing service, you have the option to order as few as 1 item.
However, With SLS & DLP Methods due to the process cost a minimum order value of 1000rs is applicable.
Usually standard shipping lead-times of 1-2 working days is applicable for the Southern states and charges vary between 150 to 550rs depending of the shipping mode and box dimensions, For Northern states lead-time of 3-4 days and prices in the range of 550 to 1000rs
In all the 3D printing methods we have the option to split the component and fuse it later so that even 1-meter parts can be build.
However, as a single print we can build up to,
FDM 3D Printing – 345 x 520 x 650mm
SLA 3D Printing – 800 x 800 x 450mm
SLS 3D printing – 320 x 320 x 600mm
DLP 3D Printing – 124 x 70 x196mm
Our machines deliver high precision, with tolerance and fine detail resolutionideal for parts requiring dimensional accuracy and consistent performance.
