Material Selection
Every application is unique, and so are its material needs. Based on strength, flexibility, heat resistance, or biocompatibility, we help you choose the right material from our range of polymers, composites, and metalswhile also considering cost, finish, and sustainability.
Technology Selection
We select the best 3D printing method based on part geometry, material, tolerance, production volume, and project needs. Options include FDM for durable parts, SLA/DLP for high-resolution smooth components, SLS for strong nylon parts without supports, and DMLS/SLM for high-performance metal parts.
Choose the Design
We use CAD software to choose the right 3D design models by reducing material usage, minimizing printing errors, and ensuring quality in creation of output.
3D Printing
Once the plan is set, we move to production. Our advanced 3D printers bring your design to life layer by layer. Our team ensures each print is monitored for consistency, material adherence, and optimal build quality.
Quality Inspection
Every part undergoes thorough inspection, including dimensional accuracy checks, surface finish evaluation, mechanical testing (if needed), and visual integrity assessments. For critical applications, we provide detailed inspection reports and documentation.
Post-Processing
Depending on the requirement, we carry out support removal, sanding, vapor smoothing, painting, or surface coating. For metal parts, we also provide heat treatment and CNC finishing.
Packaging & Dispatch
After final approval, your parts are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit. We offer local and international shipping, with fast-track dispatch options to meet tight deadlines.
